Mackerel and Caper Pizza Topping

Ingredients

  • 125g cream cheese
  • 60g sour cream
  • 150g mackerel
  • 45ml capers
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Recipe

  1. Make the pizza dough and sauce, spreading the sauce evenly over the base when cooked
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, dill and lemon juice until smooth and spread over the pizza
  3. Arrange the mackerel and capers over the pizza base
  4. If using a pre  -made base follow the manufacturers cooking instructions, if you are using one of our pizza dough recipes follow the instructions shown on the page

Aubergine and Courgette Pizza Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 large aubergine
  • 125g courgettes
  • 1 large tomato
  • 125g soft cheese

Recipe

  1. Make dough and sauce, spreading the sauce evenly over the pizza base
  2. Slice the aubergine cross ways
  3. Trim the courgettes and slice them
  4. Heat some oil in a grill pan and add the aubergine and courgettes, cooking for 3 – 4 minutes
  5. Thinly slice the tomato
  6. Arrange the tomato, aubergine and courgette on the pizza base
  7. Break the cheese into small chunks and spread over the pizza

Spinach, Feta and Sun Dried Tomato Pizza Topping

Ingredients

  • 200g baby spinach
  • 175g feta cheese
  • 1 large sun dried tomato
  • 75g ricotta cheese
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove

Recipe

  1. Make the pizza dough and pizza sauce
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and add garlic, allowing to cook for one minute 
  3. Remove stems of spinach and add to pan and cook until they the leaves have wilted
  4. Take spinach out of pan and pat with kitchen roll to remove excess moisture
  5. In a bowl, combine the spinach and ricotta, seasoning with salt and pepper
  6. Put onto pizza base
  7. Drain and thinly slice the tomato and arrange over pizza
  8. Crumble the cheese evenly over the pizza

Feta, Tomato and Olive Pizza Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 large tomato
  • 25g black olives
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 175g feta cheese

Recipe

  1. Make the pizza dough and pizza sauce then spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base
  2. Thinly slice the onion and tomatoes
  3. Finely chop the garlic cloves
  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and onion, cooking until the onion is soft
  5. Evenly spread this over the pizza base
  6. Pit and slice the olives in half
  7. Arrange the tomato, olives and feta evenly over the pizza base
  8. Sprinkle the oregano over the pizza

  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200g artichoke hearts
  • 70g mushrooms
  • 150g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Recipe

  1. Make the pizza dough and pizza sauce then spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base
  2. Slice the pepper and mushrooms
  3. Dice the garlic cloves
  4. Drain and chop the artichoke
  5. Heat some oil in a frying pan and add all of the ingredients until they are tender
  6. Evenly spread on pizza base
  7. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the pizza

Cream Cheese and Vegetable Pizza Topping

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 50ml plain yoghurt
  • 70g cauliflower
  • 70g carrots
  • 70g tomatoes
  • 70g red peppers

Recipe

  1. Make the pizza dough
  2. Mix the cream cheese and plain yoghurt and spread evenly over the pizza base
  3. Slice the caulifower, carrots, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms and arrange over the pizza
  4. Grate the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle over the pizza

Delia’s Four Cheese’s Pizza Topping

Ingredients

  • 60g Ricotta
  • 50g Mozzarella
  • 50g Gorgonzola
  • 25g Parmesan

Recipe

  1. Make the pizza dough
  2. Cut the Mozzarella and Gorgonzola  into 1 inch slices
  3. Grate the Parmesan
  4. Spread the Ricotta over the pizza base
  5. Scatter the Mozzarella, Gorgonzola over the top
  6. Finally sprinkle the Parmesan all over

Omelette Vegetarian Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 medium eggs
  • 80g chopped tomatoes
  • 25g sliced mushrooms
  • 20g grated mozzarella
  • 25g sliced pepper
  • 15g diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp sweetcorn

Recipe

  1. Break the eggs into a jug and beat with a fork
  2. Pour the eggs into a hot frying pan and stir – avoid letting the eggs stick to the sides and try getting any uncooked egg underneath
  3. When set, add the tomatoes, mushrooms, pepper, onion and sweetcorn
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the top
  5. Place under a grill for 2  – 3 minutes until the cheese has melted
