Can somebody tell me how they do it? Do they use a circular dough cutter? What is done with the dough they cut out? Folks seem to want to complain about paying more with the center missing as if that is somehow a scam. Has anyone done an analysis of the comparative cost of a dressed salad and the pizza ingredients "missing?" Also, this has got to have additional labor cost because it takes more time.

I always find that pineapple is the perfect addition to a meat calzone. Also, lightly brushing the crust with garlic butter finishes it off nicely.

Why do you use the cheese? Do you have to use it or is it just for a cheese taste?
