		<description>Can somebody tell me how they do it?  Do they use a circular dough cutter? What is done with the dough they cut out?  Folks seem to want to complain about paying more with the center missing as if that is somehow a scam.  Has anyone done an analysis of the comparative cost of a dressed salad and the pizza ingredients "missing?"  Also, this has got to have additional labor cost because it takes more time.</description>
