Ingredients
- 2 tsp dried yeast
- 90ml (3 fl. oz.) warm water
- 175g plain flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- Mix the yeast, water and sugar in a bowl
- Cover and leave the mixture in a warm place for 20 minutes
- In another bowl, sift the flour and add the salt
- Make a well in the centre of the bowl and pour in the yeast mixture
- Mix together until a dough is formed
- Lightly dust a work surface with flour
- Turn dough out onto this surface and knead until it is smooth and elastic
- Cover dough and place into a warm place and leave for 1 hour
- Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and remove all air bubbles
- Cover pizza base with toppings of your choice
- Preheat oven at 200ºC (400ºF) for 18 - 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown

I love it when incredients are listed and then never get mentioned in the recipe. :o) What do you do with the Olive Oil - drink it?
