Select the pizza sauce that you want to use… Pizza Sauce Recipes, for this calzone, we recommend using the Hot Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

• 50g mozzarella cheese
• 50g pepperoni
• 50g salami
• 50g prosciutto
• 50g ground beef
• ½ green pepper

Recipe

1. Make the calzone pizza dough and sauce
2. Spread the sauce over the dough circle leaving a 2cm gap around the edge
3. Cut the pepper into thin strips
4. Thinly slice the meats and roughly cut the mozzarella
5. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
6. Place the ingredients onto one half of the dough circle, leaving  the gap around the edge
7. Brush the edges clean with water
8. Fold the other side over to cover the filling and pinch together the edges to seal it
