Ingredients
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 50g mozzarella cheese
- 50g pepperoni
- 50g salami
- ½ red pepper
Recipe
- Make the calzone pizza dough
- Halve the tomatoes and cut the pepper into thin strips
- Thinly slice the meats and roughly cut the mozzarella
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
- Place the ingredients onto one half of the dough circle, leaving about a 2cm gap around the edge
- Brush the edges clean with water
- Fold the other side over to cover the filling and pinch together the edges to seal it
