Ingredients
- 1 large sun dried tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150g mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- Make the calzone pizza dough and sauce
- Spread the sauce over the dough circle leaving a 2cm gap around the edge
- Thinly slice the onion and clove of garlic
- In a frying pan with olive oil, fry the onion and garlic until they have softened
- Cut the tomato into small chunks
- Roughly cut up the mozzarella cheese
- Place the ingredients onto one half of the dough circle, leaving the gap around the edge
- Brush the edges clean with water
- Fold the other side over to cover the filling and pinch together the edges to seal it
