For this pizza topping, we recommend the Gordon Ramsay Pizza Dough with the Gordon Ramsay pizza sauce

Ingredients

• 1 large, sliced buffalo mozzarella
• 100g San Daniele ham
• Handful of basil leaves
• Chili oil
• Salt and Pepper
• Parmesan shavings
• Rocket

Recipe

1. Make dough and sauce
2. Arrange the mozzarella over the whole of the pizza base
3. Now place the ham and basil on top
4. Season with the salt and pepper
5. Sprinkle the parmesan over the toppings
6. Cook according to manufacturer’s instructions (if using a premade base) or recipe instructions
7. Finish with a handful of rocket and a drizzle of chilli oil
