For this pizza topping, we recommend the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza Base
Ingredients
- 150g calamari
- 12 - 15 shelled, deveined prawns
- 12 - 15 shelled mussels
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
Recipe
- Make pizza dough
- Finely chop the garlic clove and cook for 1 minute in a griddle pan
- Add calamari, prawns and mussels and cook for an additional 1 - 2 minutes until prawns are pink and calamari is opaque
- Arrange the pizza toppings evenly over the pizza base
- If using a pre-made base follow the manufacturers cooking instructions, if you are using one of our pizza dough recipes follow the instructions shown on the page
- Sprinkle parsley and lemon zest when cooked
