Ingredients

• 125g cream cheese
• 60g sour cream
• 150g smoked salmon
• 1 tomato
• 1 tbsp fresh dill
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Recipe

1. Make the pizza dough
2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, dill and lemon juice until smooth and spread over the pizza
3. Thinly slice the tomato
4. Arrange the smoked salmon and tomato over the pizza base
5. If using a pre  -made base follow the manufacturers cooking instructions, if you are using one of our pizza dough recipes follow the instructions shown on the page
