For this pizza topping, we recommend the pan pizza base and hot pizza base sauce

Ingredients

• 450g sausages
• 225g mozzarella cheese
• 1 red pepper

Recipe

1. Make dough and sauce
2. Remove sausages from casings and cut into small chunks
3. Brown sausages in a griddle pan and drain
4. Sprinkle the cheese on top of pizza base
5. Slice the pepper into thin strips
6. Arrange the sausage and pepper on the pizza base
