For this pizza topping, we recommend a Pan Pizza Base and the Homemade Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 onion
• 1 green pepper
• 150g mushrooms
• 150g cheddar cheese

Recipe

1. Make the pizza dough and pizza sauce then spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base
2. Clean, de-stem and thinly slice all of the mushrooms
3. Dice the onion and slice the pepper into small strips
4. Arrange the onion, pepper and mushrooms on the pizza base
5. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the pizza
