Ingredients

• 175ml Pesto (alternatively make your own using recipe here)
• 175g Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 large tomato

Recipe

1. Make the pizza dough
2. Spread the pesto over the pizza base
3. Thinly slice the tomato and arrange over the pizza
4. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top
