For this pizza topping, we recommend a Pan Pizza Base and the Homemade Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

• 300g wild mushrooms (shiitake, field, portobello)
• 125g button mushrooms
• 1 clove of garlic
• 55g mozzarella cheese
• 5ml olive oil 

Recipe

1. Make the pizza dough and pizza sauce then spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base
2. Clean, de-stem and thinly slice all of the mushrooms
3. Finely chop the garlic
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute
5. Add mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes
6. Arrange the mushrooms on the pizza base
7. Grate the mozzarella and sprinkle over the pizza
