Ingredients
- 300g chicken livers
- 100g Fontinella cheese
- 2 onions
Recipe
- Make the pizza dough
- Peel the onion and slice into thin strips
- Pour enough olive oil into a frying pan to cover it and add the onions and stir
- Continue to stir the onions until they are brown
- When the caramelising process has happened, take the onions off of the heat and add 3 tablespoons of water and stir
- In another pan, fry the chicken livers until they have darkened in colour and hardened
- Pour the onions over the pizza base and slice the livers and arrange on top
- Grate the cheese and evenly sprinkle this over the pizza base
