Anchovy, Tuna and Olives Pizza Topping

For this pizza topping, we recommend a Pan Pizza Base and the Homemade Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 Anchovies
  • 8 Olives
  • 100g Tuna
  • 150g mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  1. Make the pizza dough and pizza sauce then spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base
  2. Halve the anchovies
  3. Stone and halve the olives
  4. Arrange the anchovies, tuna and olives over the pizza base
  5. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and sprinkle over the pizza
  6. If using a pre-made base follow the manufacturers cooking instructions, if you are using one of our pizza dough recipes follow the instructions shown on the page

Ingredients

Prawn, Scallop and Olive Pizza Topping

For this pizza topping, we recommend a Pan Pizza Base and the Homemade Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 raw prawns (shrimp)
  • 8 scallops
  • ½ red onion
  • 5 black olives
  • 150g mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  1. Make the pizza dough and pizza sauce then spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base
  2. Peel the prawn and remove the roe from the scallops and arrange on the pizza
  3. Slice the onion and pit and slice the olives in half and add to pizza
  4. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and sprinkle over the pizza
  5. If using a pre-made base follow the manufacturers cooking instructions, if you are using one of our pizza dough recipes follow the instructions shown on the page

Chili Tuna Pizza Topping

Select the pizza sauce that you want to use… Pizza Sauce Recipes

For this pizza topping, we recommend the Traditional Thin Crust Pizza Base and Homemade Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ red pepper
  • ¾ courgette
  • 1 sun - dried tomato
  • 2 button mushrooms
  • 70g tuna
  • 2 tbsp chili powder

Recipe

  1. Make the dough and sauce, evenly spreading the sauce over the base when ready
  2. Dice the onion and thinly slice the courgette, tomato, pepper, garlic and mushrooms
  3. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and add the vegetables
  4. Put the chili powder in a bowl, add the tuna and mix well
  5. Add the tuna to the frying pan for 1 - 2 minutes
  6. Remove from frying pan and evenly spread over the pizza base

Delia’s Pizza Topped Fish Fillets

This is an interesting and tasty method to use fish fillets as a pizza base…

Ingredients

  • 2 cod or haddock fillets
  • 115g tinned tomatoes
  • 75g mozzarella cheese
  • 40g sun dried tomatoes
  • 25g anchovies
  • 7 black olives
  • 6 basil leaves

Tomato Pizza Sauce Recipe

  1. Put the sun dried tomatoes in a food processor with 1 tablespoon of oil and blitz
  2. Pour this paste into a mixing bowl
  3. Tear the basil leaves into small pieces and add to the bowl
  4. Put the tinned tomatoes into a saucepan and simmer until they have thickened (approximately 10 minutes)
  5. Add the tinned tomatoes to the mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper

Fish Pizza Base

  1. Preheat the grill to its highest settings
  2. Dry the fillets using kitchen towel
  3. Spread the tomato sauce on top of the fillets
  4. Thinly slice the mozzarella and layer onto the fillets
  5. Wash the anchovies and cut in half lengthways and arrange in a criss - cross pattern on the fillets
  6. Pitt and halve the olives and press on top
  7. Grill for 12 - 15 minutes until the fish is cooked and the cheese has browned

Ingredients

  • 200g canned tuna
  • 150g tomatoes
  • 100g cheddar cheese
  • 7 olives

Recipe

  1. Make the pizza dough and spread the pizza base sauce evenly over it
  2. Slice the tomatoes and arrange on the pizza base
  3. Drain the tuna of any liquids in the can and evenly distribute over the pizza base
  4. Grate the cheese and then sprinkle it on top of  the pizza
  5. De-stone the olives and arrange in a circle, in the middle of the pizza
