Seafood and Pineapple Pizza Topping

Select the pizza base that you want to use… Pizza Dough Recipes, for this pizza topping, we recommend the Pan Pizza Base

Ingredients

  • 75g Crab meat
  • 75g Prawns (Shrimp)
  • 50g Crushed pineapple
  • 5 Mushrooms
  • ½ Green pepper
  • 80g Mozzarella cheese
  • 80g Cheddar cheese

Recipe

  1. Make dough and sauce
  2. Slice the mushrooms and dice the pepper
  3. Grate all of the cheese
  4. Sprinkle all of the cheese over the pizza base
  5. Arrange the remaining pizza toppings evenly over the pizza

Mussel with Roasted Garlic Pizza Topping

Ingredients

  • 24 – 30 mussels
  • 3 garlic bulbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped oregano

Recipe

  1. Make dough
  2. Preheat oven to 190ºC (375ºF)
  3. Place the 3 garlic bulbs in a baking tin and drizzle with olive oil and cook in the oven for 1 hour
  4. Leave to cool
  5. Slice in half cross ways between the stem and the base of the bulbs
  6. Squeeze roasted garlic into a bowl, along with the oil from the baking tin and mash with a fork until it is smooth
  7. Spread this over the pizza base
  8. Place the mussels in a large, heavy based pan with a small amount of liquid and put onto a high heat until shells begin to open
  9. Remove mussels from their shells and arrange over the pizza base

Seafood Pizza Topping

Ingredients

  • 150g calamari
  • 12 – 15 shelled, deveined prawns
  • 12 – 15 shelled mussels
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp grated lemon zest

Recipe

  1. Make pizza dough
  2. Finely chop the garlic clove and cook for 1 minute in a griddle pan
  3. Add calamari, prawns and mussels and cook for an additional 1 – 2 minutes until prawns are pink and calamari is opaque
  4. Arrange the pizza toppings evenly over the pizza base
  5. If using a pre-made base follow the manufacturers cooking instructions, if you are using one of our pizza dough recipes follow the instructions shown on the page
  6. Sprinkle parsley and lemon zest when cooked

  • 160g mozzarella cheese
  • 160g smoked salmon
  • 2 shallots

Recipe

  1. Make dough and sauce
  2. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the base
  3. Thinly slice the smoked salmon
  4. Finely chop the shallots
  5. Arrange the pizza topping evenly over the pizza base

Prawn Pizza Topping

Ingredients

  • 200g prawns (shrimp)
  • 200g mozarella cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tbsp butter

Recipe

  1. Make dough and sauce
  2. Finely chop the clove of garlic
  3. On a high heat, put into a frying pan the garlic with the butter
  4. Add the prawns and cook until firm
  5. Drain off the shrimp and evenly spread it over the pizza base
  6. Sprinkle the cheese on top
